しずかな光のもとで
白い糸で織られた布にものをいれていく
すでに必要なくなくなったもので そのいくつかは壊れてしまったものだ
布でなにかを包むという行為は
亡きものまたは亡きゆくものへのささやかな弔いの形なのかもしれない
その祈りは布の内に映し出され
そのものは微かに像を変える

白い石 , 釈迦像の砕片 , 陶片 , 金色のリボン , 糸から外れた念珠 , 割れたガラスリング , 卵の殻 , 爪 , 鏡
Under a quiet light, I place things into fabric woven with white threads.
These are items no longer needed, some of them broken.
The act of wrapping something in cloth might be a small gesture of mourning for what is lost or fading away.
That prayer reflects within the cloth, and the object subtly shifts its form.
